I don't know what to say - its all too aweful. But I am so glad that you are posting again - I was worried well more worried than normal when you missed an evening post. I'm glad you are both back in some kind of condition - give each other a hug from me, us, all of the Jablons are wishing good things for you.
Marty,
Ann checks PJ's blog each day to see how she is doing and is wishing her the best.
Stay strong. The preparatory regime for CBT harsh, and things may seem rough now but they will even out.
Make PJ get up out of bed and walk or just stand ever minute of every day you can. Get her to walk the hospital floor if its allowed, ask for or buy her a foot bike if it isn't. The more circulation in her body the faster she will engraft and the stronger she will feel.
You are not powerless to change what PJ is going through. Sometimes extra encouragement is needed, especially when she may not be feeling well. But you have to challenge her physical and mental limits for her to get better.
Today Ann is +100 days post CBT and she and several other BMT patients are proof of this.

Thinking of you both. Patricia, thank goodness you have Marty. And thank the stars that you have all the thoughts of your many well-wishers, especially the witty ones!! By the way, does this thing have spell check? Love you both. C & C
